His name means “that charms” and this is his ability since the past. As early as 1890 a black Malvasia wine was produced in the company. The discovery of some bottles of that ancient harvest gave rise to the idea of ​​planting this historic vine of Salento in several hectares, while tradition provided for its association with the more widespread Negroamaro in a percentage of 20%.

Since 2001 we have started to reproduce the black Malvasia in purity, an elegant and serene red, expression of quality and typicality. Certified organic, on the nose it opens on the typical hints of well-ripe black fruit, liquorice, earth and spices. Of beautiful density and aromatic length, the palate is rich in flavour, lively, at the same time fresh with acidity. It goes well with white and red meats, aged cheeses and pastas.
