All Duca Carlo Guarini wines have a strong personality whilst being authentic and meeting the demands of its many loyal customers. The wines are the result of a continuous experimentation on the growing in the vineyards and of skilled winemaking in the cellar.  The wines are all organically certified.

“Taersìa” – in the dialect of local fishermen and seafarers – means “storm gale of wind” and this is appropriate for this incredibly innovative wine obtained from the white vinification of certified Negromaro organic red grapes. Awarded for its debut in 2013 at the Radici wine festival with the first prize in its category, it has continued to be appreciated by many good wine lovers, becoming a reference point for the white wines of Salento. The wine is rich, structured and perfect with shell fish.
